Bolster

A 200 mm removable sliding bolster will be supplied to support the load. If the bolster is left in the trailer in the closed condition it will increase the overall trailer length by 200 mm.

A 500 mm removable sliding bolster will be supplied to support the load. If the bolster is left in the trailer in the closed condition it will increase the overall trailer length by 500 mm.

A 900 mm removable sliding bolster will be supplied to support the load. If the bolster is left in the trailer in the closed condition it will increase the overall trailer length by 900 mm.

Metallization and colour

The trailer chassis is shot blasted and then metal sprayed as protective coating prior to painting. The zinc layer is applied by locally heating the surface, so the zinc layer is burned into the surface. Finished in one colour (non-metallic).

Permits

Herewith is possible to request a §70 permit and possibly a §29 permit. These can be optional provided by Broshuis.

Upon receipt of the Gutachten BROSHUIS provides for the request for a §70 permit(s). A §70 permit is a technical description of the combination, possibly with multiple trucks. There can be multiple type trucks included in one §70 permit, that means that there can be made one §70 permit of multiple Gutachtens. The validity of the §70 permit is 6 year.

Upon receipt of the Gutachten and the §70 permit BROSHUIS provides for the request of §29 permit(s). A §29 permit is the technical description of the combination as it can be used on the road (with cargo). The validity of a §29 permit is 3 years (”Dauergenehmigung”). Attention: is only possible to values in the §70 that meet the requirements. Outside that an individual §29 permit must be requested (“Einzelgenehmigung”, ride and route bounded).
